This Privacy Policy describes how StormTech Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the White Noise: Baby Sleep mobile application (the “App”, package name com.stormtech.whitenoise). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other personal contact details. The App itself does not collect or store personal information you enter.
However, the App uses third-party services that automatically collect certain information to help us operate, improve, and support the App:
- Usage and analytics data — events such as app opens, screens viewed, sounds played, and session duration.
- Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, and similar diagnostic identifiers.
- Crash and performance data — crash logs, stack traces, and performance metrics when the App stops working unexpectedly.
- Advertising identifiers — your device’s advertising ID and related data used to serve and measure ads.
2. Third-party services
We rely on the following Google services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

How Google handles data collected through these services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems and improve stability.
- To understand which features are useful and guide future updates.
- To display advertising that helps keep the App free.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized advertising. You may also be presented with an in-app consent prompt where required by law.
5. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google for the periods described in their service documentation and are used only in aggregate or de-identified form where possible. We do not maintain a separate database of personal information about you.
6. Children
The App plays soothing sounds intended to help babies sleep, but it is designed to be downloaded and operated by parents and adult caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also uninstall the App at any time to stop further data collection.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App or the Google Play listing.
